  • CANCELLATION POLICY

    To respect the time and care our team puts into every appointment, Mark Evans Salon & Spa requires 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduled services. This allows us to offer the appointment to another guest on our waitlist.

    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be subject to a 50% service fee.

    • No‑show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

    • If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to adjust or reschedule your service to avoid impacting the next guest.

    We understand that life happens, and we’re always here to help — we simply ask for communication so we can continue providing the best experience for everyone.
